Jeff Unaegbu
Jephthah Elochukwu Unaegbu (born on 1 October 1979) is a Nigerian writer, researcher, freelance journalist, actor, and documentary film maker. Early life and education Unaegbu was born on 1 October 1979, in Amankwo-Inyi, Nigeria, Inyi, Enugu State, Nigeria, Enugu State, southeastern Nigeria as the first out of five children to John Ejike Unaegbu and Cecilia Enonanma Unaegbu. He attended the Government Secondary School in Minna, Niger State from 1990 to 1996. He then attended the Muhanatu Computer Institute, where he earned a Diploma in Computer Data Processing in 2000. He also studied in the University of Nigeria, Nsukka (UNN) in Enugu State, from 2002 to 2006, and earned a degree in Mass Communication. While studying in Enugu, Unaegbu was chief editor of the university's ''Roar Magazine'', as well as won academic faculty and poetry prizes. Emeka Joseph Otagburuagu
Emeka Joseph Otagburuagu (born February 18, 1948) is a Nigerian Professor of English language, English and Applied linguistics, Applied Linguistics. He is the traditional ruler (Ezeudo II) of Amaitolu Ovungwu Autonomous Community in Isiala-Ngwa South, Isiala Ngwa South Local Government Area of Abia State. Otagburuagu was Director of the Institute of African Studies, University of Nigeria, Nsukka (2008-2010). He served as the President of the University of Nigeria Alumni Association, Nsukka (2002), and President of the Ngwa Town Union between 2006 and 2010. Enugu State
Enugu State ( ig, Ȯra Enugu) is a state in the South-East geopolitical zone of Nigeria, bordered to the north by the states of Benue and Kogi, Ebonyi State to the east and southeast, Abia State to the south, and Anambra State to the west. Bartholomew Nnaji is a Nigerian engineer, innovator and one of the inventors of the E-Design concept. Biography He was born in Enugu State, Nigeria and earned a Bachelor of Science degree in physics at St John's University, New York USA. He then proceeded to the Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University for his Masters and PhD in Engineering. Shehu Usman Aliyu Shagari (25 February 1925 – 28 December 2018), titled Turakin Sokoto from 1962, was the first democratically elected President of Nigeria, after the transfer of power by military head of state General Olusegun Obasanjo in 1979 giving rise to the Second Nigerian Republic. Nwafor Orizu
Prince Abyssinia Akweke Nwafor Orizu (17 July 1914 – 1999) was a Nigerian of Igbo origin who served as President of the Nigerian Senate from 1963 to 15 January 1966, during the Nigerian First Republic. Orizu was also Acting President of Nigeria from late 1965 until the military coup of January 1966. He was a member of the Nnewi Royal family. Pius Nwankwo Okeke (born 30 October 1941) is a Nigerian astronomer and educator who contributed immensely to African space research. He is known as ''the Father of Astronomy in Nigeria''. Cyril Agodi Onwumechili (20 January 1932 – 16 May 2023) was a Nigerian physicist, academic administrator, and professor of geophysics at the University of Ibadan and later University of Nigeria, Nsukka. Francisca Nneka Okeke is a Nigerian physicist. She is a Professor of Physics at the University of Nigeria, Nsukka and first female head of a department in the University. Peter Obi
Peter Gregory Obi (born 19 July 1961) is a Nigerian businessman and politician who served as governor of Anambra from March to November 2006, February to May 2007, and from June 2007 to March 2014. Onigu Otite
Onigu Otite (January 21, 1939 – March 14, 2019) was a Nigerian sociologist. He was among the first set of students to attend the first indigenous Nigerian university - University of Nigeria, Nsukka.
