Jeff Novak
Jeff Ladd Novak (born July 27, 1967) is an American former professional football offensive lineman who played in the World League of American Football (WLAF) and National Football League (NFL). Novak was born in Arlington Heights, Illinois, and grew up in Clear Lake City outside Houston, Texas. He went to Clear Lake High School and he graduated from Texas State University in 1990. Professional career Novak was selected as a guard in the 1990 NFL draft by the San Diego Chargers, but was cut and signed by the World Football League. He played for the Montreal Machine in 1990 and 1991. The New York Giants signed him in 1991 and he made the team as a development player. He played for the Giants in 1991 and 1992 and later went to the Miami Dolphins and made the active roster to play for 1993 and 1994. Novak was signed by the Miami Dolphins in 1994. In American football, a guard (G), otherwise known as an offensive guard (OG), is an Lineman (gridiron football), offensive line player who lines up between the center (American football), center and the offensive tackle, tackles. Like other offensive line positions, guards are used primarily for Blocking (American football), blocking. Right guards (RG) is the term for the guards on the right of the offensive line, while left guards (LG) are on the left side. Tony Boselli
Don Bosco Anthony Boselli Jr. (born April 17, 1972) is an American professional football executive and former player who is the executive vice president of football operations for the Jacksonville Jaguars of the National Football League (NFL). Boselli played seven seasons in the NFL as a tackle for the Jaguars. He played college football for the USC Trojans, winning the Morris Trophy in 1994. Boselli was the first player drafted by the Jaguars, who selected him second overall in the 1995 NFL draft. During his tenure in Jacksonville, Boselli established himself as one of the franchise's most productive and popular players. William Mason Furrer (born February 5, 1968) is an American former professional football player who was a quarterback in the National Football League (NFL) for the Chicago Bears, Phoenix Cardinals, Denver Broncos, Houston Oilers, St. Louis Rams, and Jacksonville Jaguars. He played college football for the Virginia Tech Hokies. High school Furrer attended Pullman High School, on the Palouse in southeastern Washington, and graduated in 1986. 1995 NFL Expansion Draft
The 1995 National Football League expansion draft was held on February 15, 1995. The two new expansion teams, the Carolina Panthers and the Jacksonville Jaguars, alternated picks from lists of unprotected players from existing franchises.
