Jeff Hilovsky
Jeffrey Hilovsky (born c. 1956) is an American politician. He is a Republican member of the Delaware House of Representatives, representing District 4. Biography Hilovsky was born in c. 1956 and grew up in Long Neck, Delaware. He first attended Grove City College, where he received a bachelor's degree in biology, and later earned a doctorate from the Illinois College of Optometry. He also attended USAF Air War College and later served over 25 years in the military as a colonel and medical commander in the United States Air Force, being a member of the 512th Air Wing at the Dover Air Force Base. His military service includes the Gulf War, Iraq War, and War in Afghanistan. Hilovsky is the founder and was for years the owner of the Sussex Eye Center, which has four locations in Sussex County. Charles Freel
Charles M. Freel, often known as Bud, is an American politician who served as a member of the Delaware House of Representatives from the 4th district in 2022. He previously served on the Wilmington City Council. He is a member of the Democratic Party. Education Charles M. Freel attended Salesianum School and the University of Delaware. Political career Freel served on the Wilmington City Council for 24 years, starting in 1997: first as an at-large member for 16 years, then representing the 8th council district for 8 years. Freel also worked at the Delaware Department of Transportation. He retired from both positions in 2020. It is owned and operated by Delaware First Media Corporation, and is the first and only full-fledged public radio station based in Delaware. WMDT (channel 47) is a television station in Salisbury, Maryland, United States, affiliated with ABC and The CW Plus. It is the flagship television property of locally based Marquee Broadcasting, and has common ownership with low-power WeatherNation TV affiliate WGDV-LD (channel 32).
