Javi Guerra
Javier "Javi" Guerra Rodríguez (; born 15 March 1982) is a Spanish former professional footballer who played as a striker. He amassed Segunda División totals of 247 games and 86 goals over eight seasons, representing in the competition Cádiz, Granada 74, Alavés, Levante, Valladolid and Rayo Vallecano. He added 120 matches and 40 goals in La Liga, with Valencia, Valladolid, Málaga and Rayo. Club career Early years and Valencia Guerra was born in Vélez-Málaga, Andalusia. After beginning professionally with lowly Motril CF in Segunda División B, he appeared sporadically for neighbouring Cádiz CF in the following season, after which he moved to La Liga with Valencia CF. In professional association football, a free transfer, also known as a Bosman transfer, involves a professional association football club releasing a player when the player's contract has expired or made available just before the end of the contract. The player can then go on to sign for any club offering a contract to them. 2009–10 Segunda División
The 2009–10 Segunda División season (known as the Liga Adelante for sponsorship reasons) was the 79th since its establishment. The first matches of the season were played on 29 August 2009, and the season ended on 19 June 2010. Real Betis, Numancia and Recreativo de Huelva are the teams which were relegated from La Liga the previous season. The teams which were promoted from Segunda División B were: Cádiz (champion), Cartagena (runner-up), Real Unión (play-off winner) and Villarreal B (play-off winner). The first goal of the season was scored by Quique de Lucas, who scored a seventh-minute goal for Cartagena against Girona in the early kick-off. Segunda División B ( en, Second Division B) was the third tier of the Spanish football league system containing 102 teams divided into five groups, until it was replaced by the new structure in 2021.
