Java Soulnation was a music festival concept offering youth-characterized music ( R&B, hip hop, rap and soul) in Jakarta, Indonesia. It was announced in 2014 that the festival was merged with Java Rockin'land into Java Soundsfair. 2008 The first ''Java Soulnation'' was held at Istora Senayan, Jakarta, Indonesia on 17 and 18 October 2008. ;Line-Up 2009 The second edition was held at Istora Senayan for the second time and it was held on 30 & 31 October 2009. Maliq & D'Essentials
Maliq & D'Essentials is a jazz and soul music based band from Jakarta, Indonesia. Since their appearance in the Jakarta International Java Jazz Festival in 2005, Maliq & D'Essentials popularity has increased, especially among young people in Jakarta. The combination of Indonesian and English in their songs has become one of the typical flagships of their music. Their work is considered to be distinctive among other Indonesian music. Biography Maliq & D'Essentials was conceived on 15 May 2002 with eight personnel under a genre they call organic music. Ras Mohammad ( arz, راس محمد ', ; ar, رأس محمد ') is a national park in Egypt at the southern extreme of the Sinai Peninsula, overlooking the Gulf of Suez on the west and the Gulf of Aqaba to the east. History When the Sinai Peninsula was returned to Egypt, Ras Muhammad was declared for protection from fishing and other human activities. Some of the fishing methods, such as using dynamite and knives were also impacting on the coral reef and the fish populations. Darryl Matthews McDaniels (born May 31, 1964), better known by his stage name DMC, is an American rapper. He is a founding member of the hip hop group Run-DMC, and is considered one of the pioneers of hip hop culture. Early life McDaniels grew up in Hollis, Queens.
