Jason Rakers
Jason Paul Rakers (born June 29, 1973) is an American former professional baseball player. A pitcher, Rakers played for the Cleveland Indians in and , and the Kansas City Royals in . He last played professional baseball in with both the Akron Aeros and Buffalo Bisons. A native of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, Rakers attended the University of Pittsburgh and New Mexico State University. In 1993, he played collegiate summer baseball with the Brewster Whitecaps of the Cape Cod Baseball League.
