Jason Decay
Goat Horn was a Canadian heavy metal (music), heavy metal band founded in Pembroke, Ontario in 1999. The band was composed of Jason Decay (vocals / bass), Brandon Wars (guitar) and Steel Rider (drums). Decay, Wars, and Rider had all been in and out of bands on the local scene before forming Goat Horn. What began as a jam of Cathedral (band), Cathedral and Judas Priest covers quickly developed into a serious project. Their music was influenced by ground-breaking metal bands such as Venom (band), Venom, Raven (British band), Raven, Eudoxis (Canadian thrash metal pioneers), and Celtic Frost. With the release of their 2001 debut, ''Voyage To Nowhere'', Goat Horn became the main focus and priority of each member's musical endeavors. Pembroke, Ontario
Pembroke ( ) is a city in the Canadian province of Ontario at the confluence of the Muskrat River (Ontario), Muskrat River and the Ottawa River in the Ottawa Valley, northwest of Ottawa. Though containing the administrative headquarters of Renfrew County, it is an independent city. Cauldron (band)
Cauldron is a Canadian heavy metal music, heavy metal band formed in 2006 in Toronto following the breakup of Goat Horn, with guitarist Brandon Wars leaving to form a new band, Zuku. Cauldron consists of Jason Decay on vocals and bass guitar, Ian Chains on guitar and Myles Deck on drums. History Formation and debut album Less than a year after formation, the band released its first EP, ''Into The Cauldron'', with New Iron Age/Iron Kodex Records (Germany), and it was received positively by the metal press, which led to the band touring across Canada. Thor (stylized as THOR) is a Canadian heavy metal band from Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. Biography Thor started out as a concept band in 1973. They used the names "Thor", "Centaur" and "Mikl Body Rock". These entities were the brainchild of Jon Mikl Thor, a vocalist, musician and body building champion who won titles such as Mr. USA and Mr. World Canada. He decided to combine muscle with music. In every show Jon Mikl Thor would appear as "Thor The Rock Warrior". Mikl Body Rock aka "Thor" toured throughout North America seeking fame and to garner enough attention to secure a record deal.
