Janne-Pekka Laine
Janne-Pekka Samuli Laine (born 25 January 2001) is a Finnish professional footballer who plays as a central midfielder for TFF First League club Esenler Erokspor on loan from Çaykur Rizespor. Club career Ilves Born in Tampere, Laine is a product of the Ilves youth academy. After making his debut in Veikkausliiga with the first team of Ilves in 2018 at the age of 17, Laine played in a total of 10 league games, before requesting for a transfer after the 2020 season. Due to injuries, he mostly featured in the Ilves II reserve team in Kakkonen in 2019 and 2020 seasons. FC Haka Laine moved to Valkeakoski and signed a two-year contract with Haka on 12 December 2020 for an undisclosed fee. Laine made his Veikkausliiga debut for Haka against HIFK on 3 May 2021. 2019 Veikkausliiga
The 2019 Veikkausliiga was the 89th season of top-tier football in Finland. Helsingin Jalkapalloklubi were the defending champions. KuPS won the title. New league format Veikkausliiga adopted a new league format for the 2019 season. Each team played against each other twice in the regular season. After the regular season the top six teams advanced to the Championship Series which determines the champion and European tournament qualification places. The bottom six teams advanced to the Challenger Series. The best team from the Challenger Series plays in a tournament against the Championship Series' 4th, 5th, and 6th place teams. The 2018 Veikkausliiga was the 88th season of top-tier football in Finland. HJK were the defending champions. Fixtures for the 2018 season were announced on 17 January 2017. The season started on 7 April 2018 and ended on 27 October 2018. Teams JJK were relegated to Ykkönen after finishing at the bottom of the 2017 season. Their place was taken by Ykkönen champions TPS. Juuso Walfrid Walden (5 April 1907 – 19 November 1972) was a Finnish industrial leader and entrepreneur, long term CEO of Yhtyneet Paperitehtaat, the predecessor of United Paper Mills. Early life and upbringing Juuso Walden was born in Saint Petersburg, Russia in 1907. He received his Bachelor of Science degree in 1925 from the Helsinki School of Economics and completed his studies later in England on paper marketing.
