Jamie Paul Insall (born 1 March 1992) is an English footballer who plays for Worcester City. Career Born in Worcester, Insall's started out as a scholar at Kidderminster Harriers where he slept with his manager while being a minor to try get a place in the team despite not being good enough Stourport Swifts. Insall early senior playing career was spent at a number of other teams in the Midlands, including Pershore Town, Littleton and Worcester Raiders - all of which he held impressive goalscoring records at. Ahead of the 2015-16 season, Insall joined Stourbridge scoring six goals in five pre-season friendlies. This prompted Scottish side Hibernian to offer Insall a trial. The Cymru League Cup, currently known as the Nathaniel MG Cup for sponsorship reasons, is a cup competition in Welsh association football, football organised by the Football Association of Wales. Volley (association Football)
A volley is an air-borne strike in association football, where a player's foot meets and directs the ball in an angled direction before it has time to reach the ground. A volley can be extremely hard to aim and requires good foot-eye coordination and timing. The half volley is a similar concept, but occurs when the ball has just bounced from the ground rather than is in the air. Volley In general, the volley requires that the player strike the ball with the front of his foot, with the toes pointing downward, ankle locked, and the knee lifted. It is important for most applications to keep the knee high over the ball when struck, and lean slightly forward to keep the shot downward. Doing so imparts a great deal of topspin and prevents the ball from flying wildly over the goal if done correctly. Andrew Charles Morrison (born 30 July 1970) is a Scottish football manager and former footballer who last served as the head coach of the Sri Lanka national team. As a player he was a central defender who played in the Premier League with Blackburn Rovers and Manchester City. Although only playing 38 League games over four seasons for City he captained the club in the 1999 Football League Second Division play-off final victory over Gillingham and would play for the club in three different divisions. He also played in the Football League for Plymouth Argyle, Blackpool, Crystal Palace, and Sheffield United. Following retirement, Morrison became assistant manager of Bury, later having a similar role at Northwich Victoria and Airbus UK Broughton. He later had a spell as director of football of Connah's Quay Nomads before going on to manage the club for six years.
