Jaimie Lauren Alexander (née Tarbush; born March 12, 1984) is an American actress. She is known for portraying Jessi on the TV series ''Kyle XY'' and Lady Sif in the Marvel Cinematic Universe films ''Thor'' (2011), '' Thor: The Dark World'' (2013), and '' Thor: Love and Thunder'' (2022), as well as the television series ''Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.'' (2013–2020) and the Disney+ series ''Loki'' (2021). From 2015 until 2020, she starred in the NBC series '' Blindspot''. Early life Jaimie Alexander was born in Greenville, South Carolina, but moved to Grapevine, Texas, when she was four years old. She is the fourth child and only girl in a family of five children.
