James Cooper (Northern Ireland Politician)
James Cooper (26 February 1882 – 21 July 1949) was a Northern Ireland Ulster Unionist Party, Unionist politician and solicitor. He was educated at Portora Royal School and Wesley College (Dublin), Wesley College, Dublin. He was the chairman of Fermanagh County Council from 1924 to 1928. He was elected to the House of Commons of Northern Ireland as an Ulster Unionist Party member for Fermanagh and Tyrone (Northern Ireland Parliament constituency), Fermanagh and Tyrone at the 1921 Northern Ireland general election, 1921 general election and was re-elected at the 1925 Northern Ireland general election, 1925 general election. He retired at the 1929 Northern Ireland general election, 1929 general election. Seán O'Mahony
Seán O'Mahony (also John O'Mahoney) (20 October 1872 – 28 November 1934) was an Irish Sinn Féin politician and member of the First and Second Dáil. He was born as John Mahony in Logan Street, Thomastown, County Kilkenny, to James Mahony, a tailor, and Mary Cantwell. A successful businessman he was a tea merchant and a commercial traveller. His company, John O'Mahoney & Co., was located on Middle Abbey St., and was destroyed during the 1916 Easter Rising. It subsequently reestablished on Parnell Square. He subsequently purchased and ran Fleming's Hotel which was located at 31–32 Gardiner Place, Dublin. A close friend of Arthur Griffith, he became an organiser for Sinn Féin and was elected to Dublin Corporation for the party. Ulster Unionist Party Members Of The House Of Commons Of Northern Ireland
Ulster (; or ; or ''Ulster'') is one of the four traditional or historic Irish provinces. It is made up of nine counties: six of these constitute Northern Ireland (a part of the United Kingdom); the remaining three are in the Republic of Ireland. It is the second-largest (after Munster) and second-most populous (after Leinster) of Ireland's four traditional provinces, with Belfast being its biggest city. Unlike the other provinces, Ulster has a high percentage of Protestants, making up almost half of its population. English is the main language and Ulster English the main dialect. A minority also speak Irish, and there are (Irish-speaking regions) in County Donegal which is home to a quarter of the total Gaeltacht population of the Republic of Ireland. Cahir Healy
Charles Everard Healy (2 December 1877 – 8 February 1970) was an Ireland, Irish politician. He was a leader of northern nationalists and a self-educated man who made major contributions to Ireland's political, cultural and literary heritage. Background Born in Mountcharles in County Donegal, Healy became a journalist working on various local papers. He joined the Irish Republicanism, Irish Republican organisation Sinn Féin at its founding in 1905. Opposition to partition Healy later became Partitionism, anti-partitionist and campaigned against the inclusion of County Fermanagh and County Tyrone into Northern Ireland as they had Irish nationalism, Irish nationalist majorities. Rowley Elliott
Rowley Elliott (23 April 1877 – 17 December 1944) was a Unionist politician in Northern Ireland. Family and early life Eldest of three sons of John R. Elliott, J.P, Coagh, his sisters were May Boyton Aiken and Agnes Witherow Bell. He was educated at Cookstown Academy and the Royal Belfast Academical Institution. He married Annie Mary Berkeley and had one son; John Rowley Berkeley Elliott, and two daughters; Muriel and Miss A. Elliott. His niece was Florence Elliott, OBE.
