Jamaican Primary Education
Education in Jamaica is primarily modeled on the British education system. The Human Rights Measurement Initiative (HRMI) finds that Jamaica is fulfilling only 70.0% of what it should be fulfilling for the right to education based on the country's level of income. HRMI breaks down the right to education by looking at the rights to both primary education and secondary education. While taking into consideration Jamaica's income level, the nation is achieving only 62.8% of what should be possible based on its resources (income) for primary education and 77.2% for secondary education. Jamaica
Jamaica (; ) is an island country situated in the Caribbean Sea. Spanning in area, it is the third-largest island of the Greater Antilles and the Caribbean (after Cuba and Hispaniola). Track and field is a sport that includes athletic contests based on running, jumping, and throwing skills. Moneague College is a multidisciplinary institution located in Moneague, Saint Ann, Jamaica on the main road between Kingston, Jamaica, Kingston and Ocho Rios. The college is partly situated in the former colonial-era Moneague Hotel. History The Moneague Hotel was built in 1891. During World War II it was used as a soldiers' camp.
