Jale Aylanç (23 March 1948 – 7 July 2020) was a Turkish stage and film actress. Aylanç died on 7 July 2020, aged 72. One day later, she was buried at Karşıyaka Cemetery in Ankara. Yılmaz Onay
Yılmaz Onay (20 April 1937 – 9 January 2018) was a Turkish people, Turkish author, theatre director and translator. He translated plays, which most of them are known plays of Bertolt Brecht, stories, novels, books of poems and non-fiction books from German to Turkish and write plays and novels; all published. As a director, he staged most of Brecht's works, in a theatre called Epic Theatre which he was one of the frontiers of this theatre movement in Turkey. Onay's first accomplishment as director was, staging a known play ''Fear and Misery of the Third Reich'' written by Brecht. Biography Yılmaz Onay was born in 1937 in Gaziantep. In 1960 he finished his study as a structural engineer at the Istanbul Technical University (İTÜ.) While studying, he was also part of the theatre group called ITÜ theatre. Eugen Berthold Friedrich Brecht (10 February 1898 – 14 August 1956), known professionally as Bertolt Brecht, was a German theatre practitioner, playwright, and poet. Turgut Özakman (1 September 1930 – 28 September 2013) was a Turkish lawyer, a civil servant, a dramaturge and a writer. Life He was born in Ankara in 1930. In 1952 he graduated from the law school of Ankara University and served as a lawyer. After studying drama in the University of Cologne, he was appointed as a dramaturge in state theatre of Ankara ( tr, Ankara Devlet Tiyatrosu).
