Jalal Mirzayev
Jalal Sabir oghlu Mirzayev () is an Azerbaijanis, Azerbaijani diplomat, serving as the Ambassador of Azerbaijan to Indonesia (2019-2024). Mr Jalal Sabir oghlu Mirzayev, Ambassador of the Republic of Azerbaijan to the Republic of Singapore, is a career diplomat with over 20 years of experience in bilateral and multilateral diplomacy. Mr Mirzayev joined the Azerbaijan Ministry of Foreign Affairs in 1999. Ilham Heydar Oghlu Aliyev (born 24 December 1961) is an Azerbaijani politician who has been the fourth president of Azerbaijan since 2003.
