Jake William Trevor Taylor (born 1 December 1991) is a professional footballer who plays as a midfielder for National League club Eastleigh. Born in England, he has represented Wales internationally. At club level, he has also played for Reading, Exeter City and Stevenage, and has had loan spells at Aldershot Town, Exeter City, Cheltenham Town, Crawley Town, Leyton Orient and Scottish club Motherwell. Club career Reading Taylor joined Reading at the age of eight. Jake Jon Taylor (born 8 September 1998) is an English professional footballer who plays as a midfielder. He began his career at Nottingham Forest, though he never made a first-team appearance. He spent time on loan at Port Vale and Scunthorpe United before joining Port Vale on a permanent transfer in January 2021. He helped the club to win promotion out of League Two via the play-offs in 2022. He was sold on to Morecambe in July 2022. Career Nottingham Forest Taylor was a pupil at Moorside High School in Swinton, Greater Manchester and was associated with Manchester United as a schoolboy until he was not offered a scholarship at Old Trafford at the age of 16. Jake Taylor (born August 1, 1983) is an American former professional ice hockey defenseman who played in the American Hockey League (AHL). He was selected by the New York Rangers in the 6th round of the 2002 NHL Entry Draft, 177th overall. Playing career Taylor began his career in 2000, playing for the Green Bay Gamblers, of the United States Hockey League (USHL). After being drafted by the New York Rangers in 2002, Taylor completed his junior career, playing his final season with Green Bay, and was the winner of the USHL's Curt Hammer Award in 2002–03, before going on to represent the University of Minnesota the following year. Taylor turned pro in 2004, he was assigned to the Rangers' AHL affiliates, the Hartford Wolf Pack. He played 43 games for the Wolf Pack in his first season there, registering 3 assists.
