Jaishawn Barham
Jaishawn Barham (born February 2, 2004) is an American football linebacker for the Michigan Wolverines. He previously played for the Maryland Terrapins. Early life and high school Barham grew up in District Heights, Maryland and attended high school at Saint Frances Academy. Barham was a high school teammate of Derrick Moore. Coming out of high school, Barham was rated as a four-star recruit, the number 108th overall prospect, and the eighth-best linebacker in the class of 2021. Barham held offers from Penn State, South Carolina, Maryland, Oklahoma, Arizona State, Arkansas, Baylor, Florida, Florida State, Notre Dame and Texas A&M. Linebacker (LB) is a playing position in gridiron football. Linebackers are members of the defensive team, and line up three to five yards behind the line of scrimmage and the defensive linemen. They are the "middle ground" of defenders, playing closer to the line of scrimmage than the defensive backs (secondary), but farther back than the defensive linemen. The 2022 Purdue Boilermakers football team represented Purdue University in the West Division of the Big Ten Conference for the 2022 NCAA Division I FBS football season.
