Jacob Glennemo
Jacob Glennemo (born 25 May 1987) is a Swedish professional golfer who played on the Challenge Tour between 2013 and 2020. He won the 2014 Nordic Golf League Order of Merit. Professional career Glennemo turned professional in 2007 and joined the Nordic Golf League. He recorded his maiden NGL victory at the 2012 Landskrona Masters and finished 5th in the season rankings, to qualify for the Challenge Tour. As a Challenge Tour rookie in 2013 he made 7 cuts in 16 starts. He was also runner-up at the Black Mountain Invitational in Thailand behind Johan Edfors, and made his first cut on the European Tour, at the Lyoness Open in France. In 2014, he won three tournaments and topped the Nordic Golf League Order of Merit, to again secure a Challenge Tour card. In 2016 he was tied 7th at the Najeti Open in France. Mariefred
Mariefred is a locality situated in Strängnäs Municipality, Södermanland County, Sweden with 3,726 inhabitants in 2010. The name is derived from that of the former Carthusian monastery here, Mariefred Charterhouse, and means "Peace of Mary" (the former name was Gripsholm). It lies roughly 50 kilometres west of Stockholm. Mariefred, despite its small population, is for historical reasons often still referred to as a ''city''. Statistics Sweden, however, only counts localities with more than 10,000 inhabitants as cities. Gripsholm Castle is located in the town. Adjacent to the castle is the nature reserve and deer park Gripsholms hjorthage. The old barn of Gripsholm Castle was a centre for fine arts printmaking, ''Grafikens Hus'' ("House of Graphics"). The Swedish Golf Tour Final, currently titled as The No. 1 Tour Final in Golf, is a golf tournament played as the season-ending championship of the Swedish Golf Tour. The Tour Final was introduced in the 2005 season, succeeding the Telia Grand Prix, a Challenge Tour event that had served as the season ending event for most years since 1996. The Swedish Golf Tour (women) had played the Telia Ladies Finale since 1997. Both were discontinued around the time tour sponsorship passed from Telia to Scandinavian Airlines and it became the SAS Masters Tour. Steven Svejstrup Jeppesen (born 22 April 1984) is a Swedish professional golfer. Career Jeppesen played for the Swedish National team as an amateur and won on his first outing for the team, the Junior Open Championship at Crail, Scotland, in 2000.
