Harold Jacklin (6 February 1897−1966) was an English footballer who played as a goalkeeper mainly for Doncaster Rovers. Playing career He started off in Sheffield Junior football and was signed by Blackpool for the 1919–20 season. He only made one appearance for them as Harry Mingay Henry Joseph Mingay (19 October 1895 – 1969) was an English professional football goalkeeper. He spent five years at Blackpool in the 1900s, making over 150 Football League appearances for the club. Julia Jacklin (born 30 August 1990) is an Australian singer-songwriter from the Blue Mountains. Jacklin's musical style has been described as indie pop, indie folk, and alternative country. She has released three studio albums, '' Don't Let the Kids Win'' (2016), '' Crushing'' (2019) and ''Pre Pleasure'' (2022). Jacklin has also performed with the band Phantastic Ferniture, with whom she released the debut single "Fuckin 'n' Rollin" and a self-titled album in 2018, followed by subsequent singles. Anthony Jacklin CBE (born 7 July 1944) is a retired English golfer. He was the most successful British player of his generation, winning two major championships, the 1969 Open Championship and the 1970 U.S. Open. He was also Ryder Cup captain from 1983 to 1989; Europe winning two and tying another of these four events. Early life and education Jacklin was born on 7 July 1944 in the town of Scunthorpe, North Lincolnshire. His father was a steel worker and his mother Dorothy worked at a market. He attended Henderson Avenue Primary School in the town. Playing career Jacklin turned professional in 1962, becoming an assistant to Bill Shankland at Potters Bar Golf Club. In 1969, he became the first British player to win The Open Championship in 18 years, winning by two strokes at Royal Lytham & St Annes.
