Jackie Jesko is an American film director, producer, and journalist. Jesko has worked on ''Vice'' on both iterations on HBO and Showtime. She has additionally worked on projects for Vice TV. In 2023, she directed and produced '' Savior Complex'' for HBO. Career Jesko started out at ABC News, producing investigative stories for Nightline. The Terri Schiavo case was a series of court and legislative actions in the United States from 1998 to 2005, regarding the care of Theresa Marie Schiavo (née Schindler) (; December 3, 1963 – March 31, 2005), a woman in an irreversible permanent vegetative state.
