Jack Wood (born 1 October 1996) is an Australian cricketer. He made his Twenty20 debut on 11 December 2020, for the Brisbane Heat, in the 2020–21 Big Bash League season. Cricket career Wood began his cricket career playing for Ipswich Grammar School and as of 2010 he was playing for a Laidley Under-16's side and earnt selection for the Queensland Under-15's side. In 2012 he achieved recognition for taking 4-76 with the ball in a two day game for Queensland Country Under-19's against the Queensland Under-17's side. As of 2012 he was playing for Laidley in the Ipswich Logan Premier League and the Ipswich Grammar School 1st XI. Wood currently plays for Ipswich Logan Cricket Club, Ipswich-Logan in Queensland Premier Cricket. He made his first grade debut for the club in 2014 in what he described as "probably the worst debut in history". Jackson R. Wood (born August 7, 2000) is an American professional stock car racing driver. He competes part-time in the NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series, driving the No. 51 Chevrolet Silverado for Kyle Busch Motorsports. He has previously raced in the ARCA Menards Series, and also in the ARCA Menards Series East and West. Racing career Wood competed part-time in the NASCAR K&N Pro Series East in 2019 and again in 2020 when the series became the ARCA Menards Series West after NASCAR's merger with ARCA. John Bertram Wood, better known as Jack Wood (20 October 1872 – 10 October 1921), was an English footballer and referee. He is best known for being the fundamental head behind the foundation of French club White Rovers in 1891, one of the first football clubs in Paris, and then serving the club as captain between 1891 and 1896. He then became a referee and officiated at the football tournament of the 1900 Summer Olympics, in which he oversaw a match between the representative sides of France and Belgium. He also refereed a match between the official sides of those two nations on 22 April 1906. His brother Tom also played for White Rovers.
