Jack Peter Miller (born 18 January 1995) is an Australian Grand Prix motorcycle racing, Grand Prix motorcycle racer who rides for the Pramac Racing, Prima Pramac Yamaha MotoGP. Jack Miller (born 28 November 1994) is a rugby league footballer who plays as a or for Rochdale Hornets in the RFL League One. Career Miller played for amateur team, Smallthorne Panthers, before signing an academy contract with the Huddersfield Giants in 2011. In May 2013 he played for the England Academy side in a 52–18 win against the French under-18 team in Bordeaux. Huddersfield Giants Two months previously, Miller signed a two-year contract with Huddersfield and was promoted to the first team. His first team debut was on 7 September 2013 when he started as scrum-half in the final round of Super League XVIII against the Bradford Bulls. The primary purpose of the destroyer escort was to escort and protect ships in convoy, in addition to other tasks as assigned, such as patrol or radar picket. The destroyer escort was named in honor of First lieutenant Jack Miller, who was awarded the Navy Cross for his brave actions during the Guadalcanal campaign. Jack Richard Miller (June 6, 1916 – August 29, 1994) was an American politician and jurist who served as a Republican United States Senator from Iowa for two terms from 1961 to 1973. He later served as a United States circuit judge of the United States Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit. Education and career Miller was born in Chicago, Illinois. He first moved to Sioux City, Iowa in 1932 as a teen. He attended The Oratory School in England, then received an Artium Baccalaureus degree from Creighton University in Omaha, Nebraska in 1938 and an Artium Magister degree from the Catholic University of America in Washington, D.C. in 1939. Cecil John Miller (December 28, 1928 – April 8, 1996), usually known as Jack Miller, was an American Presbyterian pastor, seminary professor, church planter, and missionary. He served as pastor of New Life Presbyterian Church in Jenkintown, Pennsylvania, taught practical theology at Westminster Theological Seminary, and was the founder of World Harvest Mission, now Serge. Early life and education Miller was born on December 28, 1928, in Gold Beach, Oregon. He married Rose Marie Carlsen in 1950, and graduated from San Francisco State College in 1953. In 1966 he received an M.Div. from Westminster Theological Seminary and in 1968 earned his Ph.D. in English literature from the University of the Pacific. Jack Miller is a Canadian sportscaster and politician born and raised in Cornwall, Ontario. Miller was hired by CJBQ-AM in Belleville, Ontario as the afternoon drive announcer 1974, working alongside Jack Devine. He took over the sports director position in 1979 and became the play-by-play voice of the Ontario Hockey League's Belleville Bulls in 1981 and has remained in those positions ever since. Miller also hosted the "OHL game of the week" on the Global Television Network until it was sold to CFMT. Jack Miller (born June 14, 1961), usually known as Dr. Jack Miller, is an American retired racing driver. He drove in the Indy Racing League from 1997 to 2001 and the Indianapolis 500 from 1997 to 1999. Miller is a practicing dentist and was accordingly "The Racing Dentist." For much of his racing career, he was sponsored by dental product companies including Crest and Water Pik. Miller's best IRL finish was a 9th in 1998 at Charlotte. His best finish in the Indianapolis 500 was a 20th his rookie year of 1997. During his stay in Indy Lights he won the 1993 B-series championship. This class of racing was only run in 1993 and consisted of drivers using the previous March chassis as the rest of the series introduced new Lola chassis. Thomas John Miller (11 March 1875 – 1949) was an English footballer, who played for Wolverhampton Wanderers and Stoke. Career Miller started with Hednesford Town before joining League side Wolverhampton Wanderers in 1896. He soon became a regular at left wing for Wolves as they side enjoyed a good spell in the late 1890s finishing in the top ten in three seasons running. The early 1900s saw Wolves finish in mid-table quite often and in 1905 Miller ended his 10-year spell at the club by agreeing to join Staffordshire rivals Stoke. In total Miller had played 269 times for Wolves scoring 49 goals. At Stoke he played 38 times in 1905–06 scoring five goals and made 25 appearances in 1906–07 but Stoke finished bottom of the First Division and were relegated.
