Jaan Vain (14 November 1886 Kõo Parish (now Põhja-Sakala Parish), Kreis Fellin – March 1942) was an Estonian lawyer and politician. He was a member of the I II III and V Riigikogu V Riigikogu was the fifth legislature of the Estonian Parliament (Riigikogu). The legislature was elected after 1932 elections (held on 21–23 May 1932). It sat between 15 June 1932 and 2 October 1934, when its activities were suspended.
