JYJ
JYJ (formerly known as Junsu/Jejung/Yuchun in Japan) was a South Korean boy band formed in 2010 by Kim Junsu, Kim Jae-joong, and Park Yoo-chun, the three former members of TVXQ. Their group name is taken from the initial letters of each member's names. The group was formerly managed by C-JeS Entertainment in Korea. In April 2010, they released their debut record, the Japanese EP '' The...'', which topped the Japanese Oricon Albums Chart. Their subsequent releases, including their global debut album, ''The Beginning'' (2010) and their second studio album and first Korean full-length album, ''In Heaven'' (2011), all debuted at number one on the Korean Gaon Album Chart. Kim Jae-joong (; born January 26, 1986), also known mononymously as Jaejoong in South Korea and in Japan, is a South Korean singer-songwriter, actor and director. Kim Junsu
Kim Jun-su (; born December 15, 1986), known mononymously as Junsu or known under the stage name XIA ( ; ) is a South Korean singer-songwriter, dancer and musical actor. He is a member of JYJ, and was one of the original members of boy band TVXQ, where he was formerly known by the stage name Xiah Junsu (). In November 2021, Kim formed his own agency Palm Tree Island, with him as CEO. Kim made his debut in 2003 as a member of TVXQ, a boy band produced and formed by South Korean record label and talent agency SM Entertainment, having previously been a trainee for six years. He had released four Korean albums, four Japanese albums, thirty Japanese singles and several Korean singles with TVXQ in the six years his career. Park Yoo-chun (born June 4, 1986), formerly known as Micky Yoochun and better known by the mononym Yoochun, is a Korean-American singer-songwriter and actor. He is a former member of the South Korean boy bands JYJ and TVXQ. TVXQ (stylized as TVXQ!; , ), known as Tohoshinki in Japan, is a South Korean pop duo formed by SM Entertainment, composed of U-Know Yunho and Max Changmin. ''The Beginning'' is the debut studio album by South Korean pop group JYJ, formed by three of the five original members of TVXQ. It is the group's first English release, after their 2010 Japanese language extended play '' The...''. It was released on October 14, 2010 through Vitamin Entertainment, a division of Warner Music Korea. Two weeks before the release of the album in South Korea, 50,000 copies of the regular edition had been pre-ordered and pre-sales for the 99,999 copies of the special edition of ''The Beginning'' reached numbers of 400,000 requests. The album was released on November 16, 2010 in the United States as a digital download, and a wider release, planned by the group for early 2011, did not materialize. JX () is a South Korean Musical ensemble, duo, composed of Kim Jae-joong, and Kim Junsu, Kim Jun-su, former members of JYJ and TVXQ. Their group name is taken from the initial letters of each member's present stage names, J-JUN and XIA. The duo is co-managed by their agencies iNKODE and Palmtree Island. C-JeS Studios (formerly known as C-JeS Entertainment) is a South Korean entertainment company established in 2009 that handles the management of various artists. History The agency was established to meet the management needs of Jaejoong, Junsu and Yoochun, former members of TVXQ, after the trio filed a lawsuit against their former record label, S.M. Entertainment. The singers met Baek Chang-jou in mid-2009, not long after they filed the lawsuit. C-JeS was established shortly after that. In Heaven (album)
''In Heaven'' is the first Korean studio album (second overall) by South Korean boy band JYJ. It was released on 28 September 2011 under C-JeS Entertainment with three covers: Red, Blue and Brown Editions, and a Black Edition a week later. It was released as digital format on 15 September 2011, and physical format (CD) on 28 September 2011. A Special Edition was released on 21 November 2011 with two new remix tracks and bonus DVD containing music videos and behind-the-scene footages. The music video for title track "In Heaven" features Xiah, Kim Junsu and South Korean actress Song Ji-hyo. The single of it was released following the death of Park Yong-ha with his close friend Jaejoong. The Seoul Olympic Stadium (), a.k.a. Jamsil Olympic Stadium (formerly romanised as ''Chamshil''), is a multi-purpose stadium in Seoul, South Korea.
