C-JeS Entertainment is a South Korean entertainment company established in 2009, handling the management of various artists. Its roster includes popular boy band JYJ; singer Gummy; actors Sol Kyung-gu, Ryu Jun-yeol, and Lee Jae-wook; and actresses Moon So-ri, Ra Mi-ran, Uhm Ji-won, Hwang Jung-eum and Kang Hye-jung. History The agency was established to meet the management needs of Jaejoong, Junsu and Yoochun, former members of TVXQ, after the trio filed a lawsuit against their former record label, S.M. Entertainment. The singers met Baek Chang-jou in mid-2009, not long after they filed the lawsuit. C-JeS was established shortly after that. Kim Jae-joong (; born January 26, 1986), also known mononymously as Jaejoong in South Korea and in Japan, is a South Korean singer, songwriter, actor and director. TVXQ (stylized as TVXQ!), an initialism for Tong Vfang Xien Qi (), is a South Korean male Pop music, pop duo consisting of Yunho, U-Know Yunho and Changmin, Max Changmin. They are known as in Japanese releases, and are sometimes referred to as DBSK, an abbreviation of their Korean name Dong Bang Shin Ki (). Their name roughly translates to "Rising Gods of the East".
