Iván Obolo
Mauro Iván Obolo (; born 28 September 1981) is a former Argentine footballer. Club career Obolo started his professional career with Vélez Sársfield. He made his flight top debut in the Argentine Primera on 27 April 1999 against Gimnasia de Jujuy. Obolo's first spell at Vélez lasted until June 2001. Subsequently, he was loaned to Belgrano where he had a successful run, followed by a short stint in Italy with Piacenza. The Apertura 2003 marked the returned of Obolo to "El Fortín". He played for Vélez until the end of the Clausura 2004. Next, he went on loan again to play for Argentine club Lanús and later for Burgos CF in Spain. Obolo joined Arsenal de Sarandí as a free agent in 2006, and he became a key player for the club, appearing in all 19 of the Clausura 2007 games, and finishing as the club's top scorer with five goals. Arroyito, Córdoba
Arroyito () is a city in Córdoba Province, Argentina. It is located east of Córdoba, on both sides of National Route 19. Arroyito earned the nickname Sweet City (''Ciudad Dulce''). Etymology Arroyito can be translated as "little stream", or "little brook". It was named after a stream (now disappeared) that crossed this settlement and landed on the Xanaes river. The first records referred to this settlement as ''paraje del Arroyito'' or ''El Arroyito''. History Early settlement It is not clear when Arroyito was founded. The oldest document that mentions it was the first census of the Viceroyalty of the Río de la Plata on 23 November 1778, with a resulting population of 220 inhabitants. Lucas Martín Valdemarín (born 13 May 1978) is a former footballer from Argentina who played for Vélez, Unión Española (Chile), Elche (Spain), AIK (Sweden) and Club San Luis (Mexico). Career Valdemarín developed his career as a youth with Sportivo 9 de Julio. In 1996, he was signed by Talleres de Córdoba, but shortly after Vélez Sársfield acquired his playing rights. During his period at Vélez Valdemarín struggled to earn a spot in the first team, and the club loaned him to other teams multiple times: to Independiente Rivadavia and Racing Club in Argentina, Unión Española of Chile and Elche CF from Spain, with two more spells with Vélez in between. In 2006, he became a free agent and signed for Arsenal de Sarandí, where he formed a striker partnership with Mauro Óbolo. The following year, both relocated to Sweden to play for AIK Fotboll. Svenska Cupen (, ''The Swedish Cup'') is a knockout cup competition in Swedish football and the main Swedish football cup. Svenska Cupen usually refers to the men's tournament, although a women's tournament is also held. Each year 96 teams compete, comprising the 16 teams from Allsvenskan and the 16 teams of Superettan together with 64 teams from lower tiers of the league system. The winners qualify for the qualifying stages of the UEFA Europa League. The winner is awarded Gustaf VI Adolf Cup. Compared to cups in many other countries, Svenska Cupen attracts considerably less public interest and even the cup final is rarely sold out. Consequently, the Swedish Football Association has experimented with the format in order to raise the profile of the cup. Allsvenskan (; en, the All-Swedish, also known as Fotbollsallsvenskan, en, the Football All-Swedish) is a Swedish professional league for men's association football clubs. It was founded in 1924 and is the top tier of the Swedish football league system, operating on a system of promotion and relegation with Superettan. Seasons run from late March or early April to the beginning of November, with the 16 clubs all meeting each other twice, resulting in a 30-match season, for a total of 240 matches league-wide. Allsvenskan is ranked 23rd in the UEFA coefficients of leagues based on performances in European competitions over the last five years. Defensor Sporting Club is a sports club based in Montevideo, Uruguay.
