Ivan Todosijević
Ivan Todosijević ( sr-cyr, Иван Тодосијевић; born 16 July 1973) is a Kosovo Serb politician. He was a minister in the Kosovo government from 2017 to 2019 and a member of the Assembly of Kosovo from 2019 to 2021. He has also been designated by the Serbian government since 2015 as the leader of Zvečan's provisional authority, a position not recognized by the Republic of Kosovo government. Todosijević is a member of the Serbian Progressive Party (SNS) and Kosovo's Serb List (SL). In 2019, Todosijević was convicted by a court in Priština of incitement to national, racial, ethnic, or religious intolerance after saying that the identification of Yugoslavia's January 1999 Račak operation as a "massacre" was a fabrication by "Albanian terrorists" used to justify the NATO bombing of Yugoslavia. Kosovo Serb
Kosovo Serbs form the largest ethnic minority group in Kosovo (5–6%). The precise number of Kosovo Serbs is difficult to determine as they have boycotted national censuses. However, it is estimated that there are about 95,000 of them, nearly half of whom live in North Kosovo. 2019 Kosovan Parliamentary Election
Parliamentary elections were held in Kosovo on 6 October 2019. The main opposition parties received the most votes, led by Vetëvendosje and the Democratic League of Kosovo (LDK). Vetëvendosje leader Albin Kurti became Prime Minister, forming a governing coalition with the LDK on an anti-corruption platform. He is the second Prime Minister not to have been a fighter of the Kosovo Liberation Army during the 1990s. Community Of Serb Municipalities
The Community of Serb Municipalities (, ZSO; , AKS) is a planned inter-municipal association of Serbs in Kosovo, ethnic Serb majority Municipalities of Kosovo, municipalities in Kosovo. The proposal for the association came as a result of the 2013 Brussels Agreement negotiated and concluded by the governments of Government of Kosovo, Kosovo and Government of Serbia, Serbia. Ramush Haradinaj
Ramush Haradinaj (; born 3 July 1968) is a Kosovo Albanian politician, leader of the AAK party, and the third prime minister of Kosovo. He is a former officer and leader of the Kosovo Liberation Army (KLA), and previously served as Prime Minister of Kosovo between 2004 and 2005. Following the dissolution of Yugoslavia, Haradinaj was the KLA's commander for western Kosovo. Following the conflict, Haradinaj went into politics but soon resigned after becoming one of the KLA commanders charged by the International Criminal Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia (ICTY) with war crimes and crimes against humanity against Serbs, Romani and Albanians between March and September 1998 during the Kosovo War. The political status of Kosovo, also known as the Kosovo question, is the subject of a long-running political and territorial dispute between the Serbian (and previously, Yugoslav) government and the Government of Kosovo, stemming from the breakup of Yugoslavia (1991–92) and the ensuing Kosovo War (1998–99). The First Agreement of Principles Governing the Normalisation of Relations, informally known as the Brussels Agreement ( / ''Briselski sporazum'', ), is an agreement to normalize relations between the governments of Serbia and Kosovo. 2002 Kosovan Local Elections
Local elections were held throughout Kosovo on 26 October 2002, organized by the Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe (OSCE) and the United Nations Interim Administration Mission in Kosovo (UNMIK). This was the second local electoral cycle held in Kosovo after the start of the UNMIK mandate in 1999. In each municipality, elections were held for municipal assemblies under a system of proportional representation. Serbian Renewal Movement
The Serbian Renewal Movement (, abbr. SPO) is a liberal and monarchist political party in Serbia. It was founded in 1990 by writer Vuk Drašković, who served as the party's president until 2024. Aleksandar Cvetković is the incumbent leader. History Formation Vuk Drašković was a writer for most of his life and he particularly became known in the 1980s due to his nationalist-themed books.
