Ivan Jerković
Ivan Jerković (born 13 January 1979) is a Croatian former professional footballer who played as a midfielder. Career Jerković is a product of the Hajduk Split academy, spending most of his first full senior season on the bench, before going on loan at Vukovar '91. Jerković played club football in Indonesia and Singapore for Pelita Jaya, Brunei DPMM and Singapore Armed Forces. Personal life Jerković is nephew of Jurica Jerković, who played for Hajduk Split and FC Zurich. 2009 Singapore League Cup
The 2009 Singapore League Cup kicked off on 1 June. For this season, the 12 teams will be divided into four groups of three in the preliminary round which will be played on a round-robin basis. The top two teams from each group qualify for the next round which will be played on a knockout (single elimination) basis. Jurica Jerković
Jurica "Jure" Jerković (25 February 1950 – 3 June 2019) was a Croatian footballer who played as an attacking midfielder. During his time with Hajduk Split in the 1970s, he was known for his amazing playmaker skills and for his romantic approach to football. He captained the Hajduk golden generation of that time under coach Tomislav Ivić which is considered to be the best Hajduk squad of all time. The 2012 Singapore League Cup (known as the StarHub League Cup for sponsorship purposes) was held between 26 July to 11 August 2012. Traditionally held as a knockout competition, the 2012 edition saw a new format where four groups of three teams battled it out for a place in the semi-finals. In addition, the four teams that finished third in their respective groups played in a separate Plate Competition consisting of two semi-finals and a final. The winner of the StarHub League Cup, DPMM FC, walked away with SGD$30,000 in prize money, while the runner up of the competition, Geylang United received SGD$15,000 in prize money.
