Chapman To (, born 8 June 1972), born Edward Ng Cheuk-cheung (), is a Hong Kong actor. He is best known for his roles in films such as '' Infernal Affairs'' and ''Initial D''. He is also the founder of his own multimedia platform known as "Chapman To's Late Show". 2022, To officially naturalised in Taiwan. Ceremony for the 26th Hong Kong Film Awards was held on 15 April 2007 in the Hong Kong Cultural Centre and hosted by Bowie Tsang, Nick Cheung and Lam Chi-chung.
