Isaac ( ; ; ; ; ; ) is one of the three patriarchs of the Israelites and an important figure in the Abrahamic religions, including Judaism, Christianity, Islam, and the Baháʼí Faith. Isaac first appears in the Torah, in which he is the son of Abraham and Sarah, the father of Jacob and Esau, and the grandfather of the twelve tribes of Israel. Isaac's name means "he will laugh", reflecting the laughter, in disbelief, of Abraham and Sarah, when told by God that they would have a child., He is the only patriarch whose name was not changed, and the only one who did not move out of Canaan. Issac Ryan Brown (born July 12, 2005) is an American actor, rapper and singer. He is known for his role as Booker in Disney Channel's ''Raven's Home'', which earned him a nomination at the 48th Daytime Emmy Awards for Outstanding Principal Performance in a Children's Program, and his role as Augustus "Gus" Porter in ''The Owl House''. Career Brown was born in Detroit, Michigan. At the age of six, he auditioned for ''America's Got Talent'', performing songs such as Michael Jackson's " One More Chance", but did not advance to the quarter-finals. Isaac Leon Brown (born May 7, 1969) is an American college basketball coach who was most recently the head coach at Wichita State. Playing career Brown is a native of Pascagoula, Mississippi. He played basketball at Pascagoula High School and helped the team reach the state championship game in 1988. Brown played at Mississippi Gulf Coast Community College from 1988 to 1990. He played one season at Texas A&M, averaging 12 points and 2.3 rebounds per game while starting 17 games, but was dismissed in February 1991 by coach Kermit Davis. Brown decided to transfer to Northeast Louisiana. After sitting out a season, he helped Northeast Louisiana capture the 1993 Southland Conference title with a 17–1 record, finish 27–4 overall and receive a berth in the NCAA Tournament. Ike Brown
Isaac Brown (April 13, 1942 – May 17, 2001) was an American infielder and outfielder who played professional baseball for 14 years from 1961 to 1974, including six seasons in Major League Baseball for the Detroit Tigers from 1969 through 1974. He batted and threw right-handed. Brown was the last former Negro league player to make it to the Major Leagues. In a six-season major-league career, Brown posted a .256 batting average with 20 home runs and 65 runs batted in in 280 games played. A native of Memphis, Tennessee, Brown was obtained by Detroit from the Negro league Kansas City Monarchs in 1961. He had originally signed with the St. Louis Cardinals for $800.
