Irvin Barraclough (born 25 April 1927 – 2007) was an English professional rugby league footballer who played in the 1940s and 1950s. He played at club level for Featherstone Rovers, Oldham R.L.F.C., Oldham, Castleford Tigers, Castleford and Doncaster R.L.F.C., Doncaster, as a Goal (sports)#Rugby football, goal-kicking .David Smart & Andrew Howard (1 July 2000). Castleford Tigers
The Castleford Tigers are a professional rugby league club in Castleford, West Yorkshire, England. They play their home games at Wheldon Road (currently known as the Mend-A-Hose Jungle for sponsorship reasons) and compete in the Super League, the top flight of the British rugby league system. Castleford have won the Challenge Cup on four occasions, most recently in 1985–86 Challenge Cup#Final, 1986.
