Iriga, officially the City of Iriga (Rinconada Bikol: ''Syudad ka Iriga''; ; ), is a Cities of the Philippines#Legal classification, component city in the Provinces of the Philippines, province of Camarines Sur, Philippines. Rinconada Bikol
Rinconada Bikol or simply Rinconada, spoken in the province of Camarines Sur, Philippines, is one of several languages that compose the Inland Bikol (or Southern Bicol) group of the Bikol languages, Bikol macrolanguage. It belongs to the Austronesian language family that also includes most Philippine languages, the Formosan languages of Taiwanese aborigines, Malay language, Malay (Indonesian language, Indonesian and Bahasa Malaysia), the Polynesian languages and Malagasy language, Malagasy. Mount Asog
Mount Iriga, also known as Mount Asog, is a dormant stratovolcano in the province of Camarines Sur, in the Philippines. It is a stratovolcano about a kilometer from Lake Buhi. It rises with a base diameter of . It has a large crater formed due to a debris avalanche. Mount Iriga, generally known for its phreatic explosions, erupted in 1628 and 1642. Miguel Luis "Migz" Reyes Villafuerte () (born January 21, 1989) is a Filipino politician and model, who was Governor of Camarines Sur from 2013 to 2022. He graduated from the University of San Diego with a Bachelor of Arts degree in political science.
