Iowa Western Community College is a public community college in Council Bluffs, Iowa. It was founded in 1967 and offers 84 programs in both vocational and technical areas as well as in liberal arts. Perrion Winfrey ( ; born August 15, 2000) is an American football defensive tackle for the New York Jets of the National Football League (NFL). Jake Waters (born March 20, 1992) is an American football quarterback who is currently an assistant coach at Iowa State. He played college football at Kansas State and was the Wildcats starting quarterback from 2013 to 2014.
