Ingvar Kamprad
Feodor Ingvar Kamprad (; 30 March 1926 – 27 January 2018) was a Swedish billionaire who founded IKEA in 1943 and grew into a multinational retail company that became the world's largest furniture seller in 2008. He moved to Switzerland with his Swiss wife in 1976, moving back to Småland in 2014 after her death in 2011. Early life and family Kamprad was born in Pjätteryd (now part of Älmhult Municipality), Kronoberg County, Kronobergs län, in Småland, Sweden, to Feodor Kamprad (1893–1984) and Berta Linnea Matilda Nilsson (1901–1956). His mother was of Swedish origin, while his father was born in the German Empire and came to Sweden a year after his birth with his parents. Älmhult Municipality
Älmhult Municipality () is a municipality in central Kronoberg County in southern Sweden. The town of Älmhult is its seat. In 1901, Älmhult was detached from ''Stenbrohult'' and made a market town ('' köping''). The present municipality was created by the local government reform of 1971, when Älmhult was amalgamated with the surrounding rural municipalities. Of historical significance is that the botanist Carl von Linné was born and grew up in the parish of Stenbrohult in the early 18th century. Today, the estate on which he was born and lived his first months has been turned into a museum at Råshult and is still surrounded by the same meadows and fields as 300 years ago. New Swedish Movement
The New Swedish Movement () was a far-right political movement in Sweden that emphasized strong Swedish nationalism, corporatism and anti-communism as well as a cult of personality around Per Engdahl. Engdahl founded the organization in 1941 under the name "Swedish opposition" (''Svensk Opposition'') after Engdahl and his supporters broke away from the National League of Sweden. He designated the group's ideology as ''nysvenskhet'' (roughly, New Swedishness). During World War II the party supported the Third Reich. Despite this, the party overtly rejected National Socialism, instead looking more towards Benito Mussolini for inspiration while also seeking to unify all groups against democracy, whether they were fascist or not. Per Claes Sven Edvard Engdahl (25 February 1909 – 4 May 1994) was a leading Swedish far-right politician. He was a leader of '' Sveriges Fascistiska Kamporganisation'' (SFKO or Sweden's Fascist Combat Organization), during the 1930s. He led and was involved in various other fascist movements in Sweden and Europe after World War II, though he never had electoral success.
