Ingvar Axel Harald Ericsson (31 August 1927 – 14 May 2020) was a Swedish middle-distance runner who specialized in the 1500 m event. He competed at the 1952 and 1956 Summer Olympics The 1956 Summer Olympics, officially known as the Games of the XVI Olympiad, were an international multi-sport event held in Melbourne, Victoria, Australia, from 22 November to 8 December 1956, with the exception of the equestrian events, wh ... and finished eighth in 1952.
