Ingolf Gabold
Ingolf Georg August Gabold (31 March 1942 – 1 May 2025) was a Danish composer. He last worked as the drama manager for DR, the Danish national broadcaster, from 1996 until 2012. On 10 January 2003, Gabold became a Knight of the Dannebrog. Personal life Gabold had previously been married to actress Anne-Lise Gabold, with whom he had one child. He also had two other children with his second wife, Kikke Hagen. A composer is a person who writes music. The term is especially used to indicate composers of Western classical music, or those who are composers by occupation. Royal Danish Academy Of Music
The Royal Danish Academy of Music, or Royal Danish Conservatory of Music (), in Copenhagen is the oldest professional institution of musical education in Denmark as well as the largest, with approximately 400 students. Anne-Lise Gabold ( Rosberg; born 5 October 1941) is a Danish actress, director, and teacher. Career Gabold has received two Bodil Awards during her career. In 1970, she received the award for best leading actress for her role in '' Jazz All Around'', playing the role of Vera Bagger. Several years later in 1976, she received her second award for best supporting actress for her role as Sylvie in '' A Happy Divorce''. Gabold has been credited for introducing the Suzuki method of acting into Denmark, after having traveled to Japan and studied under theater theorist Tadashi Suzuki. She later received an award in 1999 from the International Theatre Institute for her role in introducing the method to Denmark, and the rest of Scandinavia. DR (), officially the Danish Broadcasting Corporation in English, is a Danish public-service radio and television broadcasting company. Founded in 1925 as a public-service organization, it is Denmark's oldest and largest electronic media enterprise. DR shares many of its organisational characteristics with its British counterpart, the BBC, on which it was largely modelled. DR is a founding member of the European Broadcasting Union. The Order of the Dannebrog () is a Denmark, Danish order of chivalry instituted in 1671 by Christian V of Denmark, Christian V. Until 1808, membership in the Order was limited to fifty members of noble or royal rank, who formed a single class known as ''White Knights'' to distinguish them from the ''Blue Knights'' who were members of the Order of the Elephant. In 1808, the Order was reformed and divided into four classes. The statute of the Order was amended in 1951 by a Royal Ordinance so that both men and women could be members of the Order.
