Ingo Günther
Ingo Günther (born 1957 in Bad Eilsen, Germany) is a conceptual artist who is also known as a media artist and journalist. Life In 1977 Ingo Günther began studying ethnology and cultural anthropology at the Goethe University Frankfurt. From 1978 to 1983 he studied at the State Academy of Düsseldorf and in 1982 graduated as Nam June Paik's first master student. In 1983 he received the PS1 scholarship from the Kunstakademie. After brief teaching positions at the Braunschweig University of Art in 1985 and the Art Academy Münster in 1986 and the San Francisco Art Institute in 1987, From 1990 to 1994 he was a founding professor at the Academy of Media Arts Cologne; from 2001 to 2003 a professor at the Zurich University of the Arts and in 2006/07 a guest professor at the Tōkyō Geijutsu Daigaku (東京藝術大学, Tokyo University of the Arts). Bad Eilsen (West Low German: ''Ahlsen'') is a municipality in the district of Schaumburg, in Lower Saxony, Germany. It is situated approximately southwest of Stadthagen, and southeast of Minden. P3 Art And Environment
P3 art and environment is an art organization, curatorial office and gallery in Shinjuku in Tokyo, Japan, which opened in 1989. P3 art and environment was founded by urbanist and regional planner Takashi Serizawa. He was commissioned to build a new temple for Tochoji Zen Temple in Yotsuya, Tokyo, commemorating its 400-year anniversary. Serizawa designed an auditorium in the basement of the temple, and devised a plan to expand the temple's activities and explore cultural projects, mainly in the area of contemporary art. Subsequently “P3 Alternative Museum Tokyo”, was established. The first exhibition was held in April 1989. The Autostadt (German for ''Automobile City'') is a visitor attraction adjacent to the Volkswagen factory in Wolfsburg, Germany, with a prime focus on automobiles. Cologny () is a municipality in the Canton of Geneva, Switzerland. History Cologny is first mentioned in 1208 as ''Colognier''. The oldest trace of a settlement in the area is a Neolithic lake side village which was discovered near the village of La Belotte. The Lake Geneva area was conquered by the Romans in the 2nd century.
