Indonesian State Gazette
The ''State Gazette of the Republic of Indonesia'' (, ) is the official government gazette of the Government of Indonesia. In issuing laws and regulations, the State Gazette acts as a reference for publication of all forms of announcements, orders, and regulations. History In Dutch, this publication is called staatsblad, more fully Het Staatsblad van Nederlandsch-Indië during the Dutch East Indies era and Het Staatsblad van Indonesië during the transitional period. During the era of liberal democracy, it was once known as the State Gazette of the United States of Indonesia, however, after the President Sukarno's 1959 Decree, Presidential Decree of 5 July 1959, it was reverted to be called the State Gazette of the Republic of Indonesia. During the Dutch colonial period, the Staatsblad became a reference for publication of all forms of Announcements, Ordonantie and Reglement. Indonesian Criminal Code
The Indonesian Criminal Code (, WvS), commonly known in Indonesian Language, Indonesian as ''Kitab Undang-Undang Hukum Pidana'' (, derived from Dutch), abbreviated as KUH Pidana or KUHP), are laws and regulations that form the basis of criminal law in Indonesia. By deviating as necessary from Presidential Regulation dated 10 October 1945 No. 2, it stipulated that the criminal law regulations that are in effect are the Dutch criminal law regulations that existed on 8 March 1942. Currently, the Republic of Indonesia has 2023 Indonesian Criminal Code, its own Criminal Code, that is due to take effect in 2026. History The Criminal Code, also known in Indonesian as KUHP or in Dutch as Wetboek van Strafrecht, are laws and regulations that regulate law of Indonesia, criminal acts in Indonesia.
