Inauguration Of Michel Temer
The Michel Temer presidential inauguration was held on 31 August 2016. He was definitely sworn in as president after 3 months as acting president. His inauguration occurred after Dilma Rousseff impeachment process. The ceremony began at 4pm ( BRST) at the Ulysses Guimarães plenary chamber of the National Congress in Brasília, and was administered by the president of the Federal Senate, Renan Calheiros. After reading the constitutional oath and sign the recordings book, the National Anthem was played by the Brazilian Marine Corps band. The Federal Senate () is the upper house of the National Congress of Brazil.
