Impact Hall Of Fame
The TNA Hall of Fame is a hall of fame that honors professional wrestlers and wrestling personalities who contributed to the history of the American based professional wrestling promotion Total Nonstop Action Wrestling (TNA). It was established in 2012, and created as part of the celebration of the promotion's 10th anniversary. Inductees are usually announced at either the Slammiversary pay-per-view event or on episodes of ''TNA Impact!'', and the ceremony takes place prior to Bound for Glory (wrestling pay-per-view), Bound for Glory. It has been an annual tradition for TNA since 2012 with the exception of two years (2017 and 2019). As of 2024, there have been 16 inducted in total; 12 individually, and two group inductions. The 2014 Bound for Glory was a professional wrestling pay-per-view (PPV) event produced by Total Nonstop Action Wrestling (TNA), in collaboration with Japanese promotion Wrestle-1 (W-1). It took place on October 12, 2014 at the Korakuen Hall in Tokyo, Japan. It was the tenth pay-per-view under the Bound for Glory chronology, the second TNA/W-1 joint event held in Japan in 2014 (following Kaisen: Outbreak), and the fourth and last event in the 2014 TNA PPV schedule. It was the first Bound for Glory to not feature either the NWA World Heavyweight Championship or the TNA World Heavyweight Championship in the main event. Due to the time difference between the United States and Japan, the PPV aired on tape delay. The 2021 Bound for Glory was a professional wrestling pay-per-view event produced by Impact Wrestling. It took place on October 23, 2021, at Sam's Town Live in Sunrise Manor, Nevada. This was Impact Wrestling's first event to take place outside of Nashville, Tennessee, since March 2020. It was the 17th event under the Bound for Glory chronology and featured wrestlers from Impact's partner promotions All Elite Wrestling (AEW), Mexico's Lucha Libre AAA Worldwide (AAA), and Japan's New Japan Pro-Wrestling (NJPW). Sam's Town Hotel and Gambling Hall, Las Vegas, also known as Sam's Town Las Vegas, is a hotel and locals casino in Sunrise Manor, Nevada, located east of Las Vegas. It is named after Sam Boyd, and is owned and operated by Boyd Gaming. It includes a casino, a nine-story hotel with 646 rooms, and an RV park. Sam's Town opened in March 1979, with 204 rooms. The property would expand multiple times to add new features, including a 56-lane bowling alley in 1981. The original hotel rooms were later demolished to make way for the nine-story tower, which opened in 1994. The Salem Civic Center is a 6,820-seat multi-purpose arena in Salem, Virginia. It was built in 1967 and is part of the James E. Taliaferro Sports and Entertainment Complex (named after a former mayor of Salem), which also includes Salem Football Stadium, Salem Stadium and the Salem Memorial Baseball Stadium.
