Imam Tohari
Imam Tohari (born 26 March 1976) is a retired badminton player from Indonesia who specialized in doubles events. He was the mixed doubles bronze medalists at the 1997 World Cup partnered with Emma Ermawati. After retired from the international tournament, Tohari started a new career as a coach in Tomioka, Japan in 2002. He managed to bring Kento Momota won the World Junior Championships in 2012. Badminton
Badminton is a racquet sport played using racket (sports equipment), racquets to hit a shuttlecock across a net (device), net. Although it may be played with larger teams, the most common forms of the game are "singles" (with one player per side) and "doubles" (with two players per side). Badminton is often played as a casual outdoor activity in a yard or on a beach; formal games are played on a rectangular indoor court. Minarti Timur (; 24 March 1968) is a former Indonesian badminton player who is affiliated with PB Djarum since 1987. Career Though she won women's singles at the 1990 Dutch Open, Minarti was primarily a doubles player, particularly excelling in mixed doubles. During the 1990s and the early 2000s (decade), she won numerous international mixed doubles titles, the majority with Tri Kusharjanto but also, later, with Bambang Suprianto. These included the Thailand (1994, 1996), Indonesia (1995, 1996, 1997, 1998, 1999), Singapore (1995, 1998), Malaysia (1996, 1998, 2000), and Japan (2001) Opens; the Southeast Asian Games (1995); the World Badminton Grand Prix (1995); the Badminton World Cup (1996); and the Asian Championships (2000). Lee Chee Leong (badminton)
Dato' Lee Chee Leong (; born 22 October 1957) is a Malaysian politician from the Malaysian Chinese Association (MCA). He served as one-term Member of Parliament (MP) of Malaysia for Kampar constituency in Perak, Malaysia from March 2008 to May 2013. As MP, he was twice appointed a deputy minister, first at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs from April 2008 to June 2010 and later at the Ministry of Home Affairs from June 2010 to May 2013. He is currently serving as the treasurer-general of MCA, having previously been in office as one of four MCA vice-presidents between 2013 and 2018. He is also chairperson of the Kedah MCA state liaison committee and MCA Kampar division. The India Open is an annual badminton event which has been held in India since 2008 and is a BWF World Tour Super 750 international badminton tournament. Its first three editions were designated as Grand Prix Gold events. In 2011, it was upgraded to the BWF Superseries tournament. Since then until 2019, it was held annually at the Siri Fort Sports Complex, New Delhi. Etty Tantri
Eti Lesmina Tantra (; born 14 October 1975), is an Indonesian badminton player of Chinese descent. She has represented Indonesia and the United States in international tournaments. Career Tantri who affiliate with Tangkas club, was selected to join the national team in 1993. She won her first title in 1997 India Open in the women's doubles partnered with Cynthia Tuwankotta. Together with Tuwankotta, she also won the 1997 French Open, becoming the first Indonesians to win a women's doubles title, and at the 1997 Polish Open. Tantri and Tuwankotta were the bronze medalists at the 1997 and 1999 Asian Championships. She claimed the gold medal for the Indonesian women's team and women's doubles (with Tuwankotta) at the 1999 Southeast Asian Games. Flandy Limpele (born 9 February 1974) is an Indonesian former badminton player and coach. He competed in four Summer Olympic Games: Atlanta 1996, Sydney 2000, Athens 2004, and Beijing 2008.
