Ilze Ziedins
Ilze Brigita Ziedins is a New Zealand statistician whose research concerns the queueing theory of stochastic networks, and the use of this theory to model problems in health care, communications, transportation, and climate change. She is an associate professor of statistics at the University of Auckland. Education and career Ziedins is the daughter of Rudolfs Ziedins (1924–2012), a philosopher from Latvia who became a professor at the University of Waikato. She went to university at Waikato, and then travelled to the University of Cambridge in England for doctoral study, completing her PhD in 1989. Ilze Viņķele
Ilze Viņķele (born Ilze Vidiņa on 27 November 1971 in Rēzekne) is a Latvian politician, and the former Minister for Welfare and Minister for Health of Latvia. Currently, she is a member of the political party Movement For!, formerly a part of the Development/For! alliance. Political activity On 7 November 2006 Ilze Viņķele became the Secretary of Parliament of the Special Assignments Ministry for European Union Funds of Latvia. Ilze Rubene (July 17, 1958, Riga as Ilze Ramane – August 15, 2002 in Riga in a car accident) was a Latvian chess player who held the title of Woman International Master. She won the Latvian Chess Championship for women in 1976 and 1995. Ilze Marisovna Liepa (; born 22 November 1963 in Moscow) is a Russian ballet dancer and actress. She has been a soloist ballerina at the Bolshoi Theatre since 1981. Ilze Indriksone
Ilze Indriksone (born 29 October 1974) is a Latvian environmental planner and politician representing the National Alliance (NA) party. From May 2022 to September 2023, she served as the Minister of Economics. She was a member of the 13th Saeima (elected from the NA) and during that term, she was parliamentary secretary of the Ministry of Economy and deputy chairman of the Talsi Municipal Council. Ilze Hattingh (born 22 April 1996) is a South African former professional tennis player. Born in Durban, Hattingh was introduced to tennis at the age of seven. On the ITF Junior Circuit, she was ranked as high as world No. 49, which she achieved in January 2013.
