Ilir Hoti (10 May 1957 – 1 March 2016) was an Albanian economist and banker. Hoti was governor of the Bank of Albania from May 1992 until September 1993. From 2012 to January 2015 he was Dean of Faculty of Business at Aleksandër Moisiu University of Durrës. He was from the Hoti tribe. A graduate of the Faculty of Economy and Agribusiness, Agricultural University of Tirana, he served as an associate professor. He was fluent in English and Italian. Ilir Gjoni (born 20 April 1962) is an Albanian politician. He served as the Minister of Defence of Albania from 7 July 2000 to 8 November 2000, and Minister of Internal Affairs from 8 November 2000 to 22 February 2002. Ilir Daja (born 20 October 1966) is an Albanian professional football coach and former player. He is the current manager of Dinamo City. He has won the Albanian League as a coach with three clubs: Elbasani, Dinamo Tirana and Skënderbeu. He also won the Kosovo Superleague three times with FC Ballkani and lead them to qualification for the group stage of UEFA Europa Conference League in 2022–23 and 2023–24.
