Igor Kravtšenko
Igor Kravtšenko (born 28 March 1973) is an Estonian politician, representing the Estonian Centre Party. Kravtšenko first rose to the Riigikogu to substitute MP Rein Ratas in December 2016. He went on to act as a substitute until 14 September 2018, when Ratas formally left his seat for Kravtšenko. In Riigikogu, Kravtšenko has served in the Environment Committee from December 2016 to November 2017 and in the Social Affairs Committee since November 2017. Kravtšenko took part in the 2019 parliamentary election, but he was not elected. Riigikogu
The Riigikogu (, from Estonian ''riigi-'', "of the state", and ''kogu'', "assembly") is the unicameral parliament of Estonia. In addition to approving legislation, the Parliament appoints high officials, including the prime minister and chief justice of the Supreme Court, and elects (either alone or, if necessary, together with representatives of local government within a broader electoral college) the president. The Estonian Centre Party (, EK) is a populist political party in Estonia. It was founded in 1991 as a direct successor of the Popular Front of Estonia, and it is currently led by Mihhail Kõlvart. The party was founded on 12 October 1991 from the basis of the Popular Front of Estonia after several parties split from it. At that time, the party was called the People's Centre Party (''Rahvakeskerakond'') to differentiate from the smaller centre-right Rural Centre Party (''Maa-Keskerakond''). 2019 Estonian Parliamentary Election
Parliamentary elections were held in Estonia on 3 March 2019. The newly elected 101 members of the 14th Riigikogu assembled at Toompea Castle in Tallinn within ten days of the election. The Reform Party remained the largest party, gaining four seats for a total of 34 and the Conservative People's Party had the largest gain overall, increasing their seat count by 12 to a total of 19 seats. The Centre Party's result fell below expectations after being polled in tight competition with the Reform Party right before the election. Isamaa and SDE both lost support. Estonia 200 finished at 4.4%, falling just short of the 5% threshold. The Free Party's vote share fell to just 1.2%, resulting in the party losing all 8 of the seats it won in 2015. Mustamäe (Estonian language, Estonian for 'black hill') is one of the 8 administrative districts () of Tallinn, the capital of Estonia. The smallest by area (it covers only 8.1 km2), it is at the same time the second largest district by population with 66,305 inhabitants ().
