Ian Book
Ian M. Book (born March 30, 1998) is an American professional football quarterback. He played college football for the Notre Dame Fighting Irish where his .903 winning percentage (30–3) is second in school history to three-time national champ Johnny Lujack's .932 in the 1940s. After Notre Dame, Book was selected by the New Orleans Saints in the fourth round of the 2021 NFL draft. 2017 Notre Dame Fighting Irish Football Team
The 2017 Notre Dame Fighting Irish football team represented the University of Notre Dame in the 2017 NCAA Division I FBS football season. The team was coached by Brian Kelly and played its home games at Notre Dame Stadium in South Bend, Indiana. They competed as an independent. They finished the season 10–3, an impressive turnaround from the season before, where the Irish finished with their worst record since 2007. Brandon Wimbush (born December 17, 1996) is a former American football quarterback who played for Notre Dame and UCF. Early years Wimbush, a resident of Teaneck, New Jersey, attended St. Peter's Preparatory School in Jersey City. As a senior, he was named the Gatorade Football Player of the Year for New Jersey after he completed 192 of 265 passes for 3,187 yards, 37 touchdowns and four interceptions, while rushing for an additional 723 yards and 5 more touchdowns. DeShone Allen Kizer (; born January 3, 1996) is an American former professional football quarterback who played in the National Football League (NFL) for four seasons. He played college football for the Notre Dame Fighting Irish and was selected by the Cleveland Browns in the second round of the 2017 NFL draft.
