Ian Arthur
Ian J. Arthur (born December 20, 1984) is a former Canadian politician, first elected to the Legislative Assembly of Ontario in the 2018 provincial election. He represented the riding of Kingston and the Islands as a member of the Ontario New Democratic Party. He was officially sworn in as the Member of Provincial Parliament on July 10, 2018. As a member of the Official Opposition, Arthur currently served on the Finance and Economic Affairs committee of the Legislative Assembly. He also served as the Official Opposition Critic for the Environment until February 1, 2021, when he was appointed the Critic for Small Business Recovery and Reopening Main Street. In December 2021, Arthur announced he would not be seeking re-election in the 2022 Ontario provincial election. Andrea Horwath
Andrea Lynn Horwath (; born October 24, 1962) is a Canadian politician who has served as the 58th List of mayors of Hamilton, Ontario, mayor of Hamilton since 2022. Horwath served as the leader of the Ontario New Democratic Party (NDP) from 2009 to 2022 and as the Leader of the Official Opposition (Ontario), leader of the Official Opposition from 2018 to 2022. Horwath was first elected in 1997, when she won a seat on Hamilton City Council (Ontario), Hamilton City Council. 2022 Ontario General Election
The 2022 Ontario general election was held on June 2, 2022, to elect Member of Provincial Parliament (Canada), Members of the Provincial Parliament to serve in the 43rd Parliament of Ontario. 1990 Ontario General Election
The 1990 Ontario general election was held on September 6, 1990, to elect members of the 35th Legislative Assembly of Ontario, 35th Legislative Assembly of the province of Ontario, Canada. Gary Wilson (born 1946) is a former politician in Ontario, Canada. He was a New Democratic Party member of the Legislative Assembly of Ontario from 1990 to 1995. Background Wilson was born in Timmins, Ontario into a family of six children. He received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Laurentian University in 1969. He worked as a library technician at Queen's University in Kingston, Ontario. He was an executive member of the Canadian Union of Public Employees and served as leader of the Kingston and District Labour Council.
