Herbert Bunston (15 April 1874 – 27 February 1935) was an English stage and screen actor. He is remembered for his role as Dr. John Seward in the Broadway and film versions of ''Dracula''. Boris Karloff (1887–1969) was an English actor. He became known for his role as Frankenstein's monster in the 1931 ''Frankenstein'' (his 82nd film), leading to a long career in film, radio, and television. Born William Henry Pratt in England,Mank, p. 343 he emigrated to Canada in 1909 as a young man and eventually joined a Canadian touring company, adopting the stage name Boris Karloff. Harry Lewis Woods (May 5, 1889 – December 28, 1968) was an American film actor. Career Woods was Born in Cleveland, Ohio and was a millinery salesman prior to becoming an actor. Appearing in nearly 250 films between 1923 and 1961, as well as on television, Woods is probably best-known today for his role as gangster Alky Briggs in the Marx Brothers film '' Monkey Business'' (1931). During his 35-year film career, he seldom played ordinary henchmen, usually cast as both the brains (the banker or saloon owner who secretly runs the gang terrorizing the area) and the brawn behind the local villainy. Paul Wolfgang Panzerbeiter (November 3, 1872 – August 16, 1958), known professionally as Paul Panzer, was a German-American silent film actor. He appeared in more than 330 films between 1905 and 1952. Biography Panzer was born in Würzburg, Bavaria. His education included studying pharmacy at the University of Würzburg and studying vocal music at the Conservatory of Würzburg. He was a lieutenant in Germany's artillery reserves when he left there.
