IAMMEDIC
IAMMEDIC was an electropop band originally formed in 2010 by leader, Enik Lin as a solo side project following the dissolution of his previous band and enlisted former Burning Tree Project co-member Andre Harris, and lifelong friend Danny Park. The band got its name from Lin's personal struggles through which he came to believe humanity is sick and God is the only healer. The ‘IAM’ beginning is the name God refers to Himself as when talking to Moses in Exodus 3:14; the 'MEDIC' part identifies God as the ultimate healer though not to be mistaken as a religious musical group. Early Start After uploading a demo recording of track "Unexplained" on Myspace, the band was scouted and signed to Los Angeles-based record label, Authentik Artists. On October 5, 2010, Authentik Artists released IAMMEDIC's debut EP entitled "A Tale of Abigale Withers". Ian Eric Kirkpatrick (born September 20, 1982) is an American record producer and songwriter based in Los Angeles. He has produced and written music for many high-profile artists such as Backstreet Boys, Britney Spears, Dua Lipa, Jason Derulo, Justin Bieber, Katy Perry, Nick Jonas, Pitbull (rapper), Pitbull, Selena Gomez, Shakira, and The Chainsmokers. Far East Movement (abbreviated FM) is an American Hip hop music, hip hop and electronic music group based in Los Angeles, composed of Kev Nish, Prohgress, J-Splif, Jon Street, Ray Ro, DJ Virman, and Jerm Beats. "Like a G6" is a song by American music group Far East Movement featuring American production duo the Cataracs and American singer Dev, released as the lead single from Far East Movement's third studio album '' Free Wired''. The song was initially posted on November 4, 2009 on Far East Movement's YouTube page. Danny Im (born May 6, 1980), better known by stage name Taebin (), is an American singer and television host. He debuted as a member of the hip hop group 1TYM in 1998, and he released his first solo album in 2004. Im began hosting the Mnet America talk show ''Danny From L.A.'' in 2012. Early life Danny Im grew up in Diamond Bar, California. He attended Diamond Bar High School with future fellow 1TYM member Teddy Park, and graduated in 1998. 1TYM (, pronounced as "One Time") was a four-member South Korean group. They were Teddy Park (also known as Park Hong-jun), Oh Jinhwan, Song Baekyoung, and Danny Im (also known as Im Taebin). History In the late 1990s, YG CEO Yang Hyun Suk had his trainees perform as a group named MF family which was named after an apparel brand called Majah Flavah! created by Sean of the Korean hiphop group Jinusean. The group initially had seven members, which three of them later departed. They originally participated in the song "No more(이제 더 이상)"in the album "The Real" by Jinusean as a featured artist in January 1998.
