Híjar Synagogue
The Híjar Synagogue, also known as St. Anthony’s Synagogue, is a former Judaism, Jewish congregation and synagogue, located in San Antón Square, Híjar, in the province of Province of Teruel, Teruel, Aragon, Spain. The building was used as a synagogue during the 15th century; as a Roman Catholicism, Catholic Church (building), church from 1492 until 2024; and, in 2024, plans were announced to restore the building as a synagogue. Teruel ( Catalan: ''Terol'' ) is a province of Aragon, in the northeast of Spain. The capital is Teruel.
