Hurry Up And Wait (Joe Lynn Turner Album)
Hurry Up And Wait is the 4th solo album by Joe Lynn Turner released in 1998. According to Turner, there were supposed to be two tracks on the album featuring Doogie White, 'Too Much is Not Enough' and 'Freedom's Wings', but the latter didn't make the album. Also, 'Too Much Is Not Enough' was first recorded for the unreleased follow-up of Rescue You. Afterwards, Joe recorded it with Deep Purple for the Slaves and Masters album. The song was also recorded by Paul Rodgers and Kenney Jones band The Law but it was never released. Original JLT version can be found in the bootleg "Demos '88 - 91' and The Law version can be found in "The Law II" bootleg. Joe Lynn Turner
Joe Lynn Turner (born Joseph Arthur Mark Linquito, August 2, 1951) is an American singer best known for his work with Rainbow (rock band), Rainbow, Deep Purple, and Yngwie Malmsteen. Turner joined Rainbow (rock band), Rainbow in the early 1980s, performing on the albums ''Difficult to Cure'' (1981), ''Straight Between the Eyes'' (1982), and ''Bent Out of Shape'' (1983). Following Rainbow's disbandment, Turner collaborated with Yngwie Malmsteen on the studio album ''Odyssey'' (1988) and the live album ''Trial by Fire: Live in Leningrad'' (1989). The Law (English Band)
The Law were an English rock group formed in 1991 by singer Paul Rodgers (ex- Free, Bad Company and The Firm) and drummer Kenney Jones (ex-Small Faces/ Faces and The Who). They intended to use different supporting musicians, to allow Rodgers to pursue whatever style he wished. They assembled a core band of studio musicians, consisting of Jim Barber (whose credits include The Rolling Stones, Ruby Turner and Mick Jagger's solo album '' Primitive Cool'') as the main guitarist, second guitarist John Staehely (ex- Spirit and Jo Jo Gunne) and bassist Pino Palladino (formerly of Paul Young's and Jools Holland's bands), with guest spots by guitarists such as David Gilmour, Bryan Adams and Chris Rea. Alan Greenwood (born October 20, 1951) is an American rock musician who was a founding member and keyboardist of the rock band Foreigner from 1976 to 1980. Paul Morris (born November 2, 1959) is an American musician best known as a keyboardist in Ritchie Blackmore's Rainbow.
