Hunter Luepke
Hunter Jon Luepke (born February 28, 2000) is an American professional football fullback for the Dallas Cowboys of the National Football League (NFL). He played college football for the North Dakota State Bison and was signed as an undrafted free agent by the Cowboys after the 2023 NFL draft. Early life and high school Luepke grew up in Spencer, Wisconsin and attended Spencer High School. He played football on a co-op team composed of students from Spencer and Columbus Catholic High School in Marshfield, Wisconsin. Luepke finished high school with 4452 rushing yards and 82 touchdowns. He also added 644 receiving yard with 9 touchdowns. As a sophomore Luepke helped his team reach the Division 5 State Championship game, where they would lose to the Amherst Falcons. Fullback (gridiron Football)
A fullback (FB) is a position in the offensive backfield in gridiron football, and is one of the two running back positions along with the halfback. Fullbacks are typically larger than halfbacks and in most offensive schemes the fullback's duties are split among power running, pass catching, and blocking for both the quarterback and the other running back. Many great runners in the history of American football have been fullbacks, including Jim Brown, Marion Motley, Bronko Nagurski, Jim Taylor, Franco Harris, Larry Csonka, John Riggins, Christian Okoye, and Levi Jackson. The 2022 Arizona Wildcats football team represented the University of Arizona during the 2022 NCAA Division I FBS football season. WAOW (channel 9) is a television station in Wausau, Wisconsin, United States, affiliated with ABC and owned by Allen Media Broadcasting. The station's studios are located on Grand Avenue/ US 51 in Wausau, and its transmitter is located on Rib Mountain. Redshirt, in United States college athletics, is a delay or suspension of an athlete's participation in order to lengthen their period of eligibility. Typically, a student's athletic eligibility in a given sport is four seasons, aligning with the four years of academic classes typically required to earn a bachelor's degree at an American college or university. However, in a redshirt year, student athletes may attend classes at the college or university, practice with an athletic team, and "suit up" (wear a team uniform) for play – but they may compete in only a limited number of games (see " Use of status" section). The Wisconsin Interscholastic Athletic Association (WIAA) is the regulatory body for all high school sports in Wisconsin. Scholastic wrestling, also known in the United States as folkstyle wrestling, is a style of amateur wrestling practiced at the high school and middle school levels in the United States. This wrestling style is essentially collegiate wrestling with some slight rule modifications. According to an athletics participation survey taken by the National Federation of State High School Associations, boys' wrestling ranked eighth in terms of the number of schools sponsoring teams, with 9,445 schools participating in the 2006–07 school year.
